We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase from Ellie & June.  We sincerely hope you love each item you purchase from our store, but if you’re unhappy for any reason, we’re here to make your returning process as simple as possible.  Please reference our return policies below.  For any additional questions please reach out to our support team at 

  • We accept returns of any full priced item within 20 days of purchase.
  • Sale items may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • All items that are marked as “Final Sale” are final and cannot be returned.
  • Items purchased with a discount code will be refunded in the amount paid for item.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with tags.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and inside a protective shipping box.
  • Items not meeting the above criteria will not be authorized for return, will not be refunded or credited to your account, and we may handle or dispose of those products in a manner we see fit in our sole discretion
  • After 30 days, all unreturnable merchandise will be donated.

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise.  Please email us a photo of the damaged good at  If a replacement is in stock, we are happy to replace the item.  If the product is not in stock we will issue a refund upon return.  Customers will not be responsible for the costs of return shipping when items are damaged; or in cases in which the incorrect items are shipped.

Exchanges- We are able to make exchanges for a different size of the same product within 20 days of full priced items, and 14 days of sale items.  We cannot guarantee that an item will be in stock at the time of the exchange.

Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued back to the original method of payment minus original shipping costs.  Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your return.  You will receive an email notification when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.


Kindly take time to review our return policy to ensure that your return meets our requirements.  Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with tags.  Items not meeting the requirements of our return policy will be returned to you at your expense.

Please follow the instructions below to complete your return:

  1. In order to process your return we require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number).  To get your RMA, scroll to the bottom of this page to enter your order number and email (customer accounts are NOT required).
  2. Please indicate which items you are returning and the reason why.  If you are requesting an exchange, please select "Exchange" under "Resolution Type" and specify which size you are requesting.  
  3. After you have submitted a return request, you will receive an email with your RMA number.  Please print this short email out and include it in your returning shipment.  Alternatively, you may write your RMA# next to "Ellie & June RETURNS" in the address line. 
  4. Place all items in a shipping-safe box or envelope with invoice included.
  5. Mail your items to:

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 



In an effort to make returns easier for you we offer pre-paid shipping labels. Please note that if you opt to use this feature, your return will be processed MINUS the cost of return shipping. We are proud to be a very small business that offers free shipping for all outbound orders. When items are returned, we also absorb the cost of inspecting and restocking charged by our third-party fulfillment center. Unfortunately we don't have the financial bandwidth at this stage in our business to additionally cover return shipping. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and loyalty.
